Current documentation baseline

Unified documentation for the existing Pongg event API and customer-owned CRM bridge.
Published pongg.crm.v1 REST/MCP requirements and the bridge OpenAPI 3.1 download.
Added synthetic events, operation/receipt fixtures and a local event receiver example.
Documented current webhook signing and delivery limitations explicitly.
Clarified account-scoped subscription permissions and the difference between a setup check and a verified write.

Compatibility

The CRM bridge declares contract_version:pongg.crm.v1. Accept compatible additive fields; coordinate a separate version for breaking changes. The public event API currently has no negotiated version header. Keep receiver parsers tolerant of additional fields while validating the fields your workflow relies on.

Capabilities not introduced by this release

This documentation release does not create a public Pongg MCP server, third-party OAuth authorization server, SDK, call-history API, outbound-calling API, SMS API or webhook retry/replay service. Such capabilities need their own implementation and reviewed public contract before appearing as available here.
