Why we exist
Good receptionists are great. They just can't be everywhere.
Every service business we've run or worked with had the same problem: the best person in the office was also the only person on the phone. Lunch, a second line, a sick day, or 9pm after a hail storm, and the calls went to voicemail. Most of those callers never called back.
The AI tools that promised to fix it made you build the thing yourself, billed by the token, and sounded like a robot. We wanted the opposite: fully done for you, built for your trade, priced flat, and honest about what it's for. A backup, not a replacement.
How we work

Done for you means done
You never write a prompt or connect an API. If it takes technical know-how, that's our job, not yours.
Quality over gimmicks
The agent has to sound like your office and be right about your business. If it can't do both, it takes a message.

One flat price and a monthly report card. If Pongg isn't paying for itself, you'll know, and so will we.
