Build the engineering team behind Pongg. You will partner with our founders to hire software engineers who ship fast and care about quality.
What you'll do
- Own technical hiring end to end
- Source and close senior and mid-level engineers
- Design a fair, fast interview process with the engineering team
- Track pipeline health and hiring metrics
What you bring
- 5+ years of technical recruiting
- A track record of closing senior engineers
- Understanding of modern software roles and stacks
- Experience building a process at an early-stage company
About Pongg
Pongg is the backup receptionist for home-service businesses. Your team answers first; when they can't, Pongg picks up, books the job and shows the owner exactly what every call was worth. We're building in Dallas for roofers, auto shops, plumbers and HVAC companies across the country.
