Build the AI receptionist that answers calls for thousands of service businesses. You will own major parts of our voice, telephony and product platform.
What you'll do
- Design and ship features across voice AI, telephony and the Pongg app
- Build reliable real-time systems that handle call surges
- Integrate with CRMs like Jobber, ServiceTitan and HubSpot
- Mentor engineers and raise the quality bar

- 5+ years building production software
- Experience with real-time, distributed or voice systems
- Comfort working across backend and product
- Bias to ship, measure and improve
