Senior Customer Success Manager
Lead how our customers succeed with Pongg. You will own key accounts, shape onboarding and help build the success team.
What you'll do
- Own a book of larger customers and their results
- Run monthly reviews and tune agents with owners
- Improve onboarding and success playbooks
- Mentor customer success managers
What you bring
- 4+ years in customer success or account management
- Experience with small business or home-service customers
- Comfort with data, reporting and ROI conversations
- Calm under pressure, especially in storm season

Pongg is the backup receptionist for home-service businesses. Your team answers first; when they can't, Pongg picks up, books the job and shows the owner exactly what every call was worth. We're building in Dallas for roofers, auto shops, plumbers and HVAC companies across the country.
