- Keep hiring managers and candidates moving fast and well informed
- Build a great, respectful candidate experience
What you bring
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting
- Comfort sourcing on LinkedIn and beyond
- Strong writing and follow-through
- Startup or high-growth experience is a plus
About Pongg
Pongg is the backup receptionist for home-service businesses. Your team answers first; when they can't, Pongg picks up, books the job and shows the owner exactly what every call was worth. We're building in Dallas for roofers, auto shops, plumbers and HVAC companies across the country.
