Why we're going to RCAT 2026
Pongg will be at RCAT's Texas Roofing Conference in Grapevine, Oct 21 to 23. Here's why missed calls cost Texas roofers jobs and how we help.
On October 21 to 23, the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas is holding its 51st Texas Roofing Conference at the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine. It's the biggest roofing event in Texas. Our team will be there all three days.
We're not going to hand out free pens and leave. We're going to talk to as many roofers as we can.
Roofers keep telling us the same thing
Pongg is based in Dallas, so a lot of the roofers we talk to are right here in Texas. When we ask what's costing them the most money, one answer comes up again and again: missed calls.
After a hailstorm, the phone won't stop ringing. But your office manager is already on another line. Your crew lead is up on a roof. Your sales rep is sitting at someone's kitchen table.
So the next caller hits voicemail. Most of them don't leave a message. They just call the next roofer on Google.
That's where Pongg comes in
Pongg is an AI receptionist built for home-service businesses like yours. We're not here to replace your front desk. We pick up when your team can't.
- Every call gets answered, nights and weekends included.
- Every lead gets a fast follow-up by text or email, so homeowners hear back right away.
- You can see every call that comes in, so you know exactly where your jobs are coming from.
We set it all up for you. Pongg learns your business and how roofing works, so it sounds like it knows what it's talking about. Because it does.
No surprise bills
A lot of AI tools charge you by the minute. That means your bill goes up right when storm season gets busy. Pongg is one flat monthly price. And every month, we show you what it brought in, so you know it's paying for itself. See pricing.
What we want to hear from you
If you see us at RCAT, we'd love to know:
- How many calls you think you missed during your last big storm
- What happens to calls that come in after 5 p.m.
- How fast you get back to a new lead right now
No hard pitch. We just want to learn how Texas roofers run their business.
